The heli doesn't count as a nonmoving vehicle while on a train, the heli is its own instance as well so it counted you as crashing into it. You'll get a similar effect using the deployable cover on the train

2:15 you were "run over" by the heli, because it (the heck) was moving sideways due to the curve the train was traveling. i heli that i landed ontop of the train once knocked my whole team out a month ago. this is the best explenation i could come up with.
